Website Terms & Conditions
Terms for using Clouvenix website content, enquiries, academy verification and authorized workspace features.
Policy version: 2026-10-19
Scope and contact
These terms explain permitted use of the Clouvenix website and its public information. Contact [email protected] with questions. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a paid service engagement, employment relationship or course enrolment.
Separate service agreements
Cloud management, software development, support, training and other paid work require an agreed proposal, order or contract identifying the parties, scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment, acceptance, support, cancellation and refund arrangements. General website descriptions do not replace that scope.
Any SLA, service credit, response-time commitment, security responsibility, recovery target or maintenance window must be expressly agreed for the relevant service. Internal SLO examples are not automatic contractual guarantees. No website statement promises a particular search ranking, saving, uninterrupted service or project outcome.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and within your access. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, distribute malicious content, impersonate others, submit material you have no right to share or violate another person's rights. Security testing requires prior authorization for a defined scope; a public URL does not grant it.
Enquiries and accounts
Provide accurate contact and project information. Keep credentials, sensitive customer records and confidential documents out of public enquiry fields. You are responsible for authority to share submitted material. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Administrative, employee and project features are restricted to authorized users. Protect your account, use only assigned permissions and report suspected misuse. Do not share access to bypass role restrictions. Project data, deployment settings and credentials must follow the applicable engagement and internal access policy.
Academy and credentials
Confirm course availability, assessment and certification requirements for the particular offering. A Clouvenix-issued certificate records the stated training or achievement; it does not automatically represent accreditation, licensing, employment eligibility or certification issued by AWS, Microsoft, Google or another vendor. Vendor qualifications follow the issuer's own rules.
Do not alter a certificate, QR code, employee credential or verification result to misrepresent identity or achievement. Verification reflects the published record and status at the time of the check. A withdrawn, corrected or expired record must not be presented as a current valid credential.
Content and intellectual property
Clouvenix branding and original material remain subject to their owners' rights. You may link to public pages and use reasonable quotations with attribution where law permits. Reproduction, resale or misleading use of branding requires appropriate permission. Third-party software, names and marks retain their own licenses and rights; appearance does not imply partnership or endorsement.
Technical and AI-assisted material
Articles and illustrations are educational. Illustrative incidents are not claims of real client engagements. Review commands, configurations and architecture choices for your version, environment, backups and authorization before use. AI-assisted suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect and need appropriate human and technical review before action.
Availability and responsibility
Content and features can be updated, corrected, suspended or removed. Links and integrations may depend on third parties. We aim to provide useful information but do not warrant that every public article is complete, current or suitable for every environment. Paid-service responsibility, warranties and liability follow the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates and concerns
The date identifies this version. Service-contract changes follow the relevant agreement rather than being inferred from a website edit. Contact us first with a website concern so it can be investigated. Governing law, dispute forum and commercial remedies for an engagement must be specified in its agreed contract; no unverified jurisdiction is asserted here.
